The Open Art Fair
18th – 24th March 2020
Gimlet Bar will serve a menu of exciting and playful drinks specifically created for The Open Art Fair 2020 [see menu below]. We've designed some new cocktail bars too, which will accompany the diverse array of work on display and the theme is 'The Grammar of Ornament' [Owen Jones].
Our menu will involve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to suit all tastes; from uplifting ‘revivers’ in the morning, to sour, bitter and sparkling pick-me-ups in the evening.
We will also serve delicious wines from small-scale producers in France and Italy.

Frieze Art Fair 2019
Drinks inspired by and made using ingredients from each of the three period gardens at The Geffrye Museum. We also invited friend and cook Lucas Hollweg to serve delicious food alongside.
Every Winter we run a festive bar at the wonderful Leila's Shop in Arnold Circus, Shoreditch, serving Christmas themed drinks alongside canapes and food by friends such as Rosie Sykes, Ben Benton and Sam Lowry.
We were invited to create 'structural' drinks which complemented an open exhibit of Drawing Matter, the country's largest collection of architectural drawings.
Museum of London
Gimlet Bar conjured a menu of drinks which interacted with the City of London's rich local history as part of an evening of night walks, choral music and performance at St Botolph's in Aldersgate.
We've been lucky enough to serve drinks at Gagosian Gallery for the private opening of several exhibitions.
'Terrazzo' and 'transport-related' drinks beneath Waterloo station at one of Central London's hidden gems - Coleman Coffee, a cafe in a beautifully restored Italian delicatessen.
Two Temple Place

Blacks Club Soho
Gimlet Bar took over Blacks Club in Soho (a three storey Georgian townhouse) for a day. We installed a bar on each floor and served a changing menu of food and drinks in collaboration with cooks Sam Lowry and Kit Hodgson.
We made a suite of 'robotic' cocktails to accompany Tim Hunkin's arcade machines at Novelty Automation in Holborn.

Walkers Court Soho
Cocktails and lingerie by Isoceles for a week at Walkers Court in Soho.
We hosted an evening of drinks and food cooked by chef Rosie Sykes at Prufrock Coffee in Clerkenwell.
